Some days Jason texts me to tell me about the woman sitting near him who spends an inordinate amount of at-work time fighting with her husband on the phone. Yesterday, I had the misfortune of topping his story about nightmarish cubicle-mates: I got to listen to one of my co-workers loudly talking to a doctor’s secretary about getting a second opinion about her impending hysterectomy…
An hour later, she spent ten minutes on the phone with her husband, yelling at him for talking to one of his friends about her hysterectomy.
I wish I was making this up…

+ We got ten gorgeous, juicy peaches in our CSA, and EJV doesn’t like peaches… I WIN. [Also, what's wrong with him? Peaches are delicious.]
+ Last night, I organized 90% of our closet, and I have a couple ideas of how to get a desk set up for a “home office” space. 
+ Netflix has Pretty Little Liars available for online streaming… you better believe I’m watching that angsty, overly dramatic teenage drama and enjoying every minute of it.
+ The Dark Knight Rises comes out this weekend! Get psyched about it here.
+ On Friday, Jason and I are heading to Chicago to the half marathon… by Monday, I will have done two half marathons this year! Truth be told, I’m a little nervous, but more about the early wake-up than the event itself. The 6:30 am start-time isn’t my idea of a good time, but being done before 10 will be spectacular.
I’m equally pumped to spend some time in Chicago on Monday… our usual gallivanting will probably help us stretch out after the race, and I’m excited for some delicious eats.
Any restaurant suggestions for Chicago?
We tried out RPM Italian last time… I’m excited for another schmancy night out on the town.
